A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE OF A
SPEED MONITORING AWARENESS RADAR TRAILER FOR TWELVE THOUSAND
NINE HUNDRED FORTY DOLLARS ($12,940) FROM KUSTOM SIGNALS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That a sole source purchase of a Speed Monitoring
Awareness Radar Trailer for twelve thousand nine hundred forty dollars
($12,940) from Kustom Signals, Inc. is hereby authorized.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
