A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AND ESTABLISHING A PARKING ZONE ON
THE WEST SIDE OF THE 100 BLOCK OF NORTH FIFTH STREET WITHIN THE CITY
OF SALINA, KANSAS, AND THE RESPECTIVE TIME LIMIT WITHIN; REPEALING
ALL EXISTING RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS
RESOLUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 8-2002 the following parking
zone and time limit therein are hereby established:
TWO HOUR PARKING
1. The four (4) spaces on the west side of the 100 Block of North Fifth Street, just south of
Ash Street between the two driveways of the current Sunflower Bank property.
Section 2. That the parking limits specified in Section 1 of this Resolution shall not apply
where other limits within the zones thereby created are otherwise specifically provided by
ordinance.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall repeal all existing resolutions which may be in conflict
with the provisions of this Resolution.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and the installation of the appropriate signs designating the time limits for the respective zone.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 7th day of February,
2005.
