A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE',
AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CAMP',
DRESSER & MC KEE FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES
INVOLVED IN THE REMEDIATION OF GROUNDWATER AND SOIL!,
CONTAMINATION IN THE CENTRAL PART OF SALINA, KANSAS IN ANiI
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED,
SEVENTY-SIX DOLLARS ($75,576).

BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
Amendment No. 1 to the Master Services Agreement with Camp Dresser & McKee
for engineering services to address the issues involved in the remediation of
groundwater and soil contamination in the central part of Salina, Kansas in an
amount not to exceed seventy-five thousand five hundred seventy-six dollars
($75,576).
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
28th day of November, 1994.
