RESOLUTION NUMBER 05-6156
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH DAKTRONICS, INC. TO REPRESENT THE CITY OF SALINA IN
MARKETING FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE COSTS OF A NEW SCOREBOARD
AND VARIOUS SIGNS AND EQUIPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Daktronics, Inc. to represent the City of Salina in marketing for the purpose of paying the cost of a
new scoreboard, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
