it Resolved by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute for and on behalf
the City of Salina, Kansas, Agreement No. 166-94 between the City and the Kansas
of Transportation, giving the Secretary of Transportation of the State of Kansas
