AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of Beach Street within the City of
Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas;

Section l. That a portion of Beach Street, a public street in the City of /
�
�
� Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows: �
�
All of that part of Beach Street which lies south
�
�
of the South line of Cloud Street and north of �
the North line of Winona Street in Talley Addition
�
� to the City of Salina, Salina County, Kansas
� be and the same is hereby vacated; provided, however, the City reserves the right to
� construct, repair and maintain sewers, water lines, electric lines, telegraph lines, gas �
�
�
| � linos and other utility lines in said street.
�

Section 2. That the above named portion of Beach Street, which is vacated by

�
this ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with KSA-13-443,
