ORDINANCE NUMBER 8048

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THE RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS OF AN APPLICANT FOR A RETAIL
CEREAL MALT BEVERAGE LICENSE: AMENDING SECTION 6-42(1) OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING
SAID ORIGINAL SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 6-42 (1) of The Salina Code is amended to read as follows:'
Sec. 6-42(1). A person who is not a resident of the
city and who has not been a resident in good faith
of the State of Kansas for at least one year prior
to said application and a resident of Saline County
for at least six months prior to said application.
Section 2. That Sec. 6-42(1) of The Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
