ORDINANCE NUMBER 8031

AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.

WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoningli
of certain land therein, hereinafter described have been timely complied with, and SO NOW, I
THEREFORE,

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "G". HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows, to -wit: !
A Triangular tract of ground adjoining 941.6 feet of
Missouri Pacific Railroad east of Ohio Street 895.2 feet j
along the south line of Van Horne Street and 292 feet on
Ohio Street, all in the Northwest Quarter of Section 7,
I Township 14 South, Range 2 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian in Salina, Saline County, Kansas, except the

west 200 feet thereof.

shall become a part of District "G", HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. That the use of said j
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613, with reference to the HEAVY

INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
