AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THE LICENSE FEES FOR OPERATORS OF AUCTION ROOMS: AMENDING SEC. 20-39
OF THE SALINA CODE, AND REPEALING SAID ORIGINAL SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Sec. 20-39 of The Salina Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Sec. 20-39. Auction Rooms.
Operators of Auction Rooms, Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
per year; provided however, that for operators of Auction Rooms
in which all merchandise owned or consigned is stored within the
confines of an enclosed building, Two Hundred Fifty Dollars
($250.00) per year.
Section 2. That Sec. 20-39 of The Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
