AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning OrdinancelNumber 6613 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for thie rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning
of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timelly complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Cartinn 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "C", APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land in Section Twenty (20), Township Fourteen (14)
South, Range Two (2) West of the 6th Principal Meridian in Saline
County, Kansas, described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is North 89° 51' East a distance of
1,312.16 feet and South 0° 52' West a distance of 1,049.5 feet of the
Northwest corner of said Section Twenty (20), which point being on the
East line of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of said
Section Twenty (20);
Thence South 0° 52' West along said West line of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter a distance of 759.35 feet;
Thence North 89° 56' East a distance of 335.60 feet;
Thence North 2° 11' East a distance of 759.35 feet;
Thence South 890 56' West a distance of 361.47 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 6.08 acres, more or less.
shall become a part of District "C". APARTMENT HOUSE DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations

as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613, witlh reference to the APARTMENT
HOUSE DISTRICT.
sPrtinn 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
