AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of DIAMOND DRIVE within the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. That aortion of Diamond Drive a
p publlic street in the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
All portions of Diamond Drive (including the Old County
Road) included within the confines of the following
described tract of land:
That certain portion of the Northeast Quarter (NES',)
of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Thirteen (13) South,
Range Three (3) West of the 6th P.M., more particularly
described as follows:
The whole of the West 279.45 feet of the 'East 401.15
feet of the South 169.35 feet thereof, excepting a triangular
tract in the Northeast corner thereof conveyed to the State
Highway Commission of the State of Kansas as reflected by
the deed recorded in Book 230 of Deeds at pages 395-397 in
the Office of the Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas.
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above named portion of the street which is vacated by this
ordinance shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443;
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
