ORDINANCE NUMBER 8006

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE BULLETIN NUMBER 33 OF THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTIVE
ASSOCIATION RELATING TO SPRAY FINISHING; AMENDING SECTION 12-93 OF THE SALINA CODE AND
REPEALING SAID ORIGINAL SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED By the Governing Body of The City of Salina, Kansas:
follows:
Section 1. That Section 12-93 of The Salina Code is hereby amended to read as
"Sec. 12-93. Sec. 15.12 of Code Omitted.
Sec. 15.12, Permit required Flammable Finishes, Application of)
of the fire prevention code, is omitted, and in lieu thereof
Bulletin Number 33, Spray Finishing, 1966, as (published by the
National Fire Protective Association, is hereby incorporated
in this code by reference the same as if the same had been
herein fully set out."
Section 2. Section 12-93 of The Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
