AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 1965 EDITION OF THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE PUBLISHED BY
THE AMERICAN INSURANCE ASSOCIATION: AMENDING SECTION 12-76 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING
SAID ORIGINAL SECTION, AND SECTION 12-82 OF THE SALINA CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of The City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. That Section 12-76 of The Salina Code is hereby amended to read as
''Sec. 12-76. Code Adopted.
The ''Fire Prevention Code'', Edition of 1965, recommended and
published by the American Insurance Association, 110 William
Street, New York, New York, 10038, and the whole thereof, save
and except such sections, articles, chapters, parts or portions
as are omitted or deleted and subject to such changes and additions
as may be fully stated hereinafter, is hereby incorporated in this
Code by reference the same as if the same had been fully set out,
all as authorized by K.S.A. 12-3009 through 12.3012, both inclusive.''
Section 2. That Section 12-76 and Section 12-82 of The Salina Code are hereby
