AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THE AGE AND RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS OF APPLICANTS FOR
TAXICAB DRIVERS LICENSES; AMENDING SECTION 34-90 OF THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING SAID
ORIGINAL SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City oi Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 34-90 of The Salina Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
''Section 34-90. Age, Residence of Applicant.1
Every applicant for a taxicab drivers li4ense must be
at least twenty-one (21) years of age and have resided
within the State of Kansas for a period of onp (1) year
and have been a bona fide resident of Saline qounty, Kansas,
for at least ninety (90) days next preceding he filing
of such application.

Section 2. That Section 34-90 of The Salina Code ils hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and b� in full force from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city newspdiper.
