AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO BATTERY; ENACTING SECTION 23-147.1 OF THE SALINA CODE.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. Section 23-147.1 is hereby enacted to read as follows:
"Section 23-147.1 Battery
Any person who shall unlawfully and intentionally
touch or apply force to the person of another, in a rude,
insolent or angry manner shall be guilty of a misdemeanor."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
