AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO LEWD AND LASCIVIOUS BEHAVIOR; ENACTING SECTION 23-68.2
OF THE SALINA CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. Section 23-68.2 of The Salina Code is hereby enacted to read as

follows:
''Section 23-68.2 Lewd and Lascivious Behavior-
Any person who shall:
(a) Commit an act of sexual intercourse or sodomy
with any person or animal with knowledge or reasonable
anticipation that the participants are being viewed by
others; or
(b) Exposes a sex organ in the presence of a person
who is not the spouse of the offender or who has not
consented thereto, with intent to arouse or gratify the
sexual desires of the offender or another, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor.''
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
