AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO ADULTERY; AMENDING SECTIO 23-68 OF THE SALINA CODE AND j
REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 23-68 of The Salina Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Section 23-68. Adultery
Any person who shall engage in sexual intercourse
with another who is not his spouse and such other person
is married, or such person so engaging is not! married and
knows that the other person involved in such intercourse
is married, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.''
Section 2. That Section 23-68 of The Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper,
