AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO UNLAWFUL COHABITATION; EN CTING SECTION 23-68.1 OF
THE SALINA CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 23-68.1 of The Salina Code is hereby enacted to read
as follows:
''Section 23-68.1 Unlawful Cohabitation
Any persons living together as man and wfe, or holding
themselves out to the public to be man and wine, without
being married shall be guilty of a misdemeanor'."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force �nd effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city newspapers
