WHEREAS, the owner of the property hereinafter described, after proper notice, did not remove such nuisances in accordance with Section 15-3 of Thel,Salina Code, and the cost thereof has been ascertained, SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, (Kansas: Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby directed and authorized to certify j said assessments to the County Clerk of Saline County, Kansas, to be placed on the tax roll for collection, in one installment, in the year 1970, and subject to the same penalties and collected in like manner as other taxes. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
