A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL CITY NEWSPAPER FOR
THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
WHEREAS, The City of Salina is required by K.S.A. 64-101 to
designate an official city newspaper.
SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of
the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Salina Journal be designated as the official city
newspaper for the City of Salina.
Section 2. That this resolution be in effect until such time as the
Governing Body shall designate a different newspaper.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
9th day of January, 1995.
