AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THE PROXIMITY REQUIREMENTS OF A MOBILE HOME COURT FROM
PARKS, PUBLIC BUILDINGS, HOSPITALS, SCHOOL OR COLLEGE: AMENDING SECTION 21-29 OF THE
SALINA CODE AND REPEALING SAID ORIGINAL SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. That Section 21-29 of The Salina Code is hereby amended to read

as follows:
"Section 21-29. Proximity of Court to Park, Public Building,
Hospital, School, College.

No mobile home court shall be located within a distance
of Six Hundred (600) feet of any public park,'public building,
hospital, school or college; Provided however, that a mobile
home court which provides a minimum area of Forty-six Hundred
(4600) square feet for each mobile home may be located within
a distance of Three Hundred (300) feet of any public park,
public building, hospital, school or college.''
Section 2. That Section 21-29 of The Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this 15th day
of June, 1970.
