8068 ZoneCONSOLIDATLD-SALINA I I ORDINANCE NUMBER 8068 ' I (Published in The Salina Journal { �,> , c� �, t2- 1970) I � I AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW, I THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. AMENDMENT, DISTRICT "C", APARTMENT DISTRICT, in accordance with the Community Unit Plan in Section 20. That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit: A tract of land located in the North half of Section 19, Township 14 South, Range 2 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at a point 412.39 feet east and 200 feet south of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section; thence east approximately 900 feet; thence south along the 1/16th line on an interior angle of 890 09' 20" a distance of 1,495.07 feet to the low water mark of the Smoky Hill River; thence west and north along said low water line approximately 860 feet; thence north and west approximately 1,050 feet to the point of beginning. shall become a part of District "C". APARTMENT DISTRICT, in accordance with the Community Unit Plan in Section 20. That the use of said described property shall be subject to all j the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance I Number 6613, with reference to the APARTMENT DISTRICT, in accordance with the Community Unit Plan in Section 20. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
