ORDINANCE NUMBER 8067

AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of IDLEWILDE PLACE within
the City
of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of IDLEWILDE PLACE, a public street in the
City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of Idlewilde Place
and 35 feet north of the south line of Lot 13, Idlewilde
Addition, thence north 30 feet; thence west 60 feet;
thence southeasterly to the point of beginning; and
including the building line for Lots 4, 3, 2, 1, 16, 15,
14, 13, and 12
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above named portion of the street which is vacated
by this
ordinance shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with K. S.
A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its
adoption and publication once in the official City newspaper.
