AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinance Number 6613 and the Zoning
District Map therein and thereby adopted and providing for the rezoning of certain property
within the City and prescribing the proper uses thereof.

WHEREAS; all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the rezoning
of certain land therein, hereinafter described has been timely complied with, and SO NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the Zoning
District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 6613, be and it is hereby amended so that the following described property
be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of
Section Fourteen (14), Township Fourteen (14) South,
Range Three (3) West of the 6th P.M. described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of Highway 81
By-pass 1441.7 feet north of the point where the
west line of said highway intersects said section,
thence north 468 feet, thence west on a line parallel
to said section line 180 feet, thence south parallel
to said west line of Highway 468 feet; thence east
to the point of beginning.
shall become a part of District "D", LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations
as made and provided for in said Ordinance Number 6613, with reference to the LOCAL

BUSINESS DISTRICT.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
