ORDINANCE NUMBER 8061

AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, AND
j THE SALINA COMMUNITY THEATRE, ASSOCIATION, REGARDING CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A
COMMUNITY ACTIVITY CENTER.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That that certain Agreement, dated the 12th day of January, 1970,
by and between the City of Salina, Kansas, and The Salina Community Theatre Association,
a copy of which is now on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute the above and foregoing Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
