8057 Corporate LimitsCONSOLIDATED-SALINA ORDINANCE NUMBER 8057 it (Published in The Salina Journal Du c' her jq 1969) i AN ORDINANCE prescribing the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, including land described in Ordinance Number 8028, and repealing Section 1 of Ordinance Number 7099 WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina, Kansas, have come to pass, SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the corporate limits of the City of Salina, be and the same is hereby extended to include the territory added to, taken into, and made a part of said City under the provisions of Ordinance Number 8028, Section 1, and that all of the land lying within the following described boundaries be and the same is hereby declared to be within the corporate limits, hereby defined as: 1. Beginning at the section corner common to Sections 22, 23, 26, 27, Township 14 South, Range 3 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian; 2. Thence north on the west line of said Section 23 to the west quarter corner of said Section 23, being the intersection of Republic Avenue and Cherokee Avenue; 3. Thence west along the south line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 22 to the west line of Edgemere Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas; 4. Thence north along the west line of said Edgemere Addition and extended north to a point 240.0 feet south of the center line of Crawford Street; 5. Thence westerly on a line, 240 feet south of and parallel to the center line of Crawford Street, a distance of 638.25 feet; 6. Thence northerly a distance of 270 feet to the north right-of-way i line of Crawford Street, such point being 1629.3 feet west and 30 feet north of the southeast corner of Section 15, Township 14 South, Range 3 West; j 7.
