AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of a certain easement located in
Lot 6, Block 5, Replat of Faith Addition, City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of an easement shown on the recorded plat of the
Replat of Faith Addition, an addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 35.0 feet east of the west line
and 10.0 feet north of the south line of Lot 6, Block 5,
Replat of Faith Addition, City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, thence east and parallel to the south line of
said lot 65.0 feet; thence south and parallel to the
west line of said lot 3.0 feet; thence west and parallel
to the south line of said lot 65.0 feet; thence north
and parallel to the west line of said lot 3.0 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
be and the same is hereby vacated,
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
