You are notified that the Contract Times under the above Contract will commence to run on March
7, 2024. On or before that date, you are to start performing your obligations under the Contract
Documents. In accordance with the Contract, the number of days to achieve Substantial
Completion is 170 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed, and the number of days to
achieve readiness for final payment is 200 calendar days of said Notice to Proceed.
