A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA AND SALINE
COUNTY, AND TWO AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA AND
BUCHER, WILLIS AND RATLIFF, ALL RELATING TO THE SCHILLING ROAD
PAVING AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, LOCATED BETWEEN SOUTH
NINTH STREET AND THE SMOKY HILL RIVER.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an
interlocal agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Saline County,
Kansas for in regard to the grant funded portion of the Schilling Road
improvements.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Bucher, Willis and Ratliff
for design engineering services for paving and drainage improvements of
Schilling Road, between the railroad tracks and the Smoky Hill River channel,
in an amount not to exceed one hundred twenty-four thousand eight hundred
fifty-two dollars and 30100 ($124,852.30).
Section 3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Bucher, Willis and Ratliff
for design engineering
services of Schilling
Road, west of the
Union Pacific
Railroad tracks, in an
amount not to exceed
twenty-two thousand
two hundred
ninety-six dollars and 04100 ($22,296.04) .
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor
this 17th day of April, 1995.
