City of Salina, Kansas, for the purpose of submitting to the qual-
ified electors of the said City the proposition to issue the gen-
eral obligation lbouds of said City is the amount of Seven Hundred
Twenty Seven Thousand Dollars ($727,000.00) for the purpo&e of
t4aying the C08t Of PUrCh&SiAg a site for, "d erecting, construct-
ing, furnishIng and equipping a public building thereon for, said
City, to. -wit,- a public library.
wHFR, The Board of comaissionaers of the City of Salina,
Kansas, deems it nel-essary and to the best public interest to provide
for the purchasing 0 P site for, zad erecting, constructing, furnish-
ing and equipping at lotiblic buildipag thereon for said C'ity, to -wit:
