RESOLUTION NO. 646
A RESOLUTION relating to the paving of the unpaved portion
of Ninth Street, between curb lines, from the north
line of Jewell Street to the north line of Cloud Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas.
That the unpaved portion of Ninth Street, being that
portion lying outside of the present paved slab on said
street and inside of and between the present existing
combined concrete curb and gutter on each side of said
street from the north line of Jewell Street to the north
line of Cloud Street be paved together with such grading
and excavation as may be necessary therefor , and that the
same is hereby determined to be a necessary improvement.
