639 Setting Minimum Wages for Drainage and Improvements Project RESOLUTION 1.O. 639
A RESOLUTION adopting a schedule of minimum wage rates for trades
and occupations which may be employed in the construction of
Drainage and Paving Improvements Project - State File No. 1050.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas :
Section 1. It is hereby found and determined that the
schedule of wages designated "Schedule C", as set forth in S. D.
Kansas Bulletin No. 11, is in accordance with local wage conditions
in this community to apply to the trades and occupations which
may be employed as indicated.
Section 2. T he said Schedule is hereby approved and adopted
as the minimum rates to apply to the construction of Drainage and
Paving Improvements Project - State File No. 1050.
