619 Condemnation for Sewer Easement RESOLUTION NO , 619
A RESOLUTION relating to the assessment of benefits against
certain property for the condemnation of an easement for
sewer purposes .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas :
That the City of Salina remit and cancel the assessment
of the sum of 030.40 as benefits assessed against certain real
estate to-wit : The V1est Half of the North Half of the North
Half of the South East Q,uarter of the South East Calarter of
Section Twenty-Three, Township Fourteen South, Range Three ",'est
of the Sixth P. M. in the City of Salina, Kansas , on account of
the condemnation of an easement for sewers, which said assessment
of benefits was contained in the award of appraisers filed in
the office of the Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas,
on January 31, 1931, and recorded in said office in Book 10 of
Misc. at page 154.
