612 Emergency Relief Funds for Storm Sewer 17-B RESOLUTION NO. 612
A RESOLUTION relating to the application of the City of Salina for
Emergency Relief Funds in connection with the construction of Storm
Sewer No. 17-B.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
That for the purpose of securing the approval by the Kansas
Emergency Relief Committee of the application made by the City of
Salina for funds to be used in the construction of a project des-
cribed as a storm sewer located in Second Street, North Street,
Third Street and Lincoln Avenue, to be known as Storm Sewer No.17-B,
the total cost of which is estimated at $8666.42, of which sum the
city is to furnish or cause to be paid the sum -of $1975.62 to apply
to cost of materials, supervision, and other direct costs , and the
balance of said cost to be secured from an allowance of KERC Funds
in the event such application is approved, the City of Salina uoes
hereby guarantee that if the above application is approved there
will be available from funds secured or furnished by the City of
Salina said sum of $1975.62 for the payment of a part of the cost
of said project.
