611 Amending 610 RESOLUTION NO. 611
A RESOLUTION relating to the application of the City of Salina for
Emergency Relief Funds in connection with a project for the construc-
tion of concrete sidewalks, etc.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
THAT for the purpose of securing the approval by the
Kansas Emergency Relief Committee of the application made by the
City of Salina for funds to be used in the construction of a project
for the construction of concrete sidewalks, the removal of old brick
sidewalks and salvaging of old brick to be used in the repair of
existing brick sidewalks along streets in the City of Salina, the -o
total cost of which is estimated at $9,702.75 of which sum the
city is to furnish or cause to be paid the sum of $2481.95 to be
applied to the payment of the cost of materials, form mate,°ials,
supervision and equipment rental, and the balance of said cost to
be secured from an allowance of KERC Funds and from funds heretofore
allowed to Saline County, Kansas, in the event such application
is approved the City of Salina does hereby guarantee that if said
application is approved and said project constructed there will be
available from funds secured or furnished by the City of Salina
said sum of $2481.95 for the payment of a portion of the cost of
said project.
