RESOLUTION NO. 608
A Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a Supplemental
Agreement amending the Grant Agreement dated as of February
20th, 1934, between the City of Salina and the United
States of America relating to P. W. A. Docket N. 2464.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the vity of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Grant Agreement dated as of February
20th, 1934, between the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
and the United States of America relating to P. W. A. Docket
No. 2464 as authorized and approved by Resolution No. 597 of the
City of Salina be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
1. By deleting from PART ONE, paragraph 1, the
figures "8,300" and substituting in lieu thereof
the figures "$9,500";
2. Bydeleting from PART ONE, paragraph 9, the figures
" 6, 915" and substituting in lieu thereof the
"
figures "$7,915";
3. Bydeleting from PART ONE, paragraph 11, the figures
8,300" and substituting in lieu thereof the
figures "$9,500".
and that the Mayor of the City of Salina be and he is hereby
authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Salina a Supplemental
Agreement between the City of Salina and the United States of
the
America amending said original Grant Agreement in/respects above
set forth and that the City Clerk be authorized to attest the
same and affix the seal of the City thereto.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect and be in
force after its adoption by the Bpard of Commissioners and its
publication in the official city paper.
