586 Grant for Pumping Station RESOLUTION NO. 586
A RESOLUTION authorizing H. N. Lame, City Engineer
of the City of Salina, Kansas, to sign on behalf of the City
of Salina an application to the Federal Emergency Administration
of Public Works for a grant of money to be used in payment of
part of the cost of the reconstruction of the pumping station
of the waterworks department of the City of Salina and the re-
construction of the high and low service power switching equip-
ment in said pumping station.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF SALINA, KAN'd SAS:
That H. N. Lamme, City Engineer of the City of Salina,
be and is hereby authorized and directed to sign on behalf of
the City of Selina as its City Engineer an application to the
Federal Emergency Adminstration of Public Works for a grant
of money to be used in the reconstruction of the pumping station
of the waterworks department and in the reconstruction of the
high and low service power switching equipment in said pumping
station which work is to be done in accordance with provisions
of Ordinance No. 4317 of the City of Salina, Kansas and said
City Engineer is authorized and directed to affix his signature
to said application and to forward the same to the administrator
of the Federal Emergency Adminstration of Public Works and to do
0 all other things necessary or required in order to secure said
grant of money under the provisions of the Act of Congres;4 per-
taining to the same or under the regulations of the Federal
0 Emergency Adminstration of Public Works.
