RESOLUTION NO. 528
A RESOLUTION relating to the paving of Jewell Avenue
from the west line of Ninth Street to the east line of
Eleventh Street, and the curbing and guttering of a portion
thereof.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Salina, Kansas that Jewell Avenue from the west
line of Ninth Street to the east line of Eleventh Street,
be paved and that the south side of Jewell Avenue between
Tenth Street and Eleventh Street be curbed and guttered,
with such grading and excavation as may be necessary there-
for, and that the same is hereby determined to be a necessary
improvement.
