519 Abandonment of Condemnations (Published in the Salina Journal ��� 1931)
RESOLUTION NO. 519
A Resolution relating to the abandonment of the proceed-
ings for the condemnation by the City of Salina of certain
private property for the purpose of opening and widening
North Street east of the intersection of North Street
and Santa Fe Avenue in said city.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas :
That the report of Ralph Anderson, A. W. Dodge and P. A
Tobin, commissioners appointed by the Judge of the District Court
of Saline County, Kansas, April 25, 1931, in connection with the
appropriation and condemnation by the City of Salina of said lands
for the purpose of opening and widening of North Street east of
the intersection of North Street and Santa Fe Avenue in said city
and which report was filed in the office of the City Clerk on
October 5, 1931 , be and the same is hereby rejected, and that
the condemnation of the land described in said proceedings, pursuant
to Ordinances No. 3964 and No. 4026 of said city be and the same
is hereby abandoned.
