BE tT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina ,' Kansas that '.0verhill Road
from south line of Crestview Drive
to east line of Greenway Road
be CQVNtlycxx paved, with such grading and ex-
cavation as may be necessary therefor, and that the same is
hereby determined to be a necessary improvement .
