A resolution relating to the curbing, and guttering xx1x
gzxkxg of south side of Jewell Avenue from
west line of Ninth Street to east line of Tenth Street
BE 4T RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas that south side of Jewell Avenue
from west lime of Ninth Street
to east line of Tenth Street
be curbed, and guttered maftx7amod., with such grading and ex-
cavation as may be necessary therefor, and that the same is
hereby determined to be a necessary improvement .
