AN ORDINANCE annexing certain land to the City of Salina, Kansas, in conformity
with the provisions of K. S. A. 1970 Supplement 12--520,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described land, to -wit:
Tract Number 1. A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter
(SEµ) and the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Thirty-five (35),
Township Thirteen (13) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian; also the Northeast Quarter (NEO and Southeast
Quarter (SE4) of Section Twenty-six (26), Township Thirteen (13)
South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian; also
the Southwest Quarter CSWµ) of Section Twenty-five (25), Township
Thirteen (13) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian; and also the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section Thirty-
six (36), Township Thirteen (13) South, Range Three (3) West of
the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
1. Beginning at a point that is the intersection of the centerline
of Mulberry Creek and a line four hundred feet (400') west of
the east line of Section Thirty-five (35), Township Thirteen (13)
South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian;
2, Thence westerly along the centerline of Mulberry Creek to the
west line of the east half of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of
