AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of certain easements located in Block 3 of
Westport Exchange Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an easement shown on the recorded Plat of Westport Exchange
Addition, an addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and more particularly described as
follows:
All of that certain twenty foot (20') utility easement
paralleling the common boundary between Lots Six (6)
and Seven (7), Block Three (3), Westport Exchange
Addition, from the west line of Denver Boulevard in
said Addition, thence Westerly to the Northeasterly
line of that certain utility easement traversing the
rear portions of Block Three (3) in said Addition
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That an easement shown on the recorded Plat of Westport Exchange
Addition, an addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and more particularly described as
follows:

Lots Eight (8) and Nine (9), Block Three (3), Westport
Exchange Addition, from the West line of Denver Boulevard
in said Addition, thence Westerly to the Northeasterly
line of that certain utility easement traversing the
rear portions of Block Three (3) in said Addition
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
