8167 AnnexationCONSOLIDATED-SALINA ORDINANCE NUMBER 8167 (Published in The Salina Journal j 1971) AN ORDINANCE annexing certain land to the City of Salina, Kansas, in conformity with the provisions of K. S. A. 1970 Supplement 12-520. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Tract Number 2. A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, being more particularly described as follows: 1. Beginning at a point that is 30.0 feet west of the northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of said Section Thirty-six (36), 2. Thence west along the north line of the south half of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of said Section Thirty-six (36) to a point 200.0 feet east of the west line of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of said Section Thirty-six (36), 3. Thence south following a line 200.0 feet east of the west line of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of said Section Thirty-six (36) to a point 200.0 feet north of the south line of the Northeast Quarter (NEO of said Section Thirty-six (36.), ! 4. Thence east parallel to the south line of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of said Section Thirty-six (36) to the west line, extended north, of Lot 13, Block 9, Bonnie Ridge Addition to the City of Salina, 5. Thence north along the west line of said Section Twenty- five (25) to a point that is 230 feet south of the center line of Wayne Avenue, extended, 3. Thence east parallel to the center line of Wayne Avenue to the east right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, 4. Thence southeasterly along said east right-of-way line to a point 230 feet west of the center line of Quincy Street, 5. Thence south parallel to the center line of Quincy Street to a point 200 feet north of the center line of Magnolia Road, 6. Thence south parallel to the east line of said Section Thirty-five (35) a distance of 180.0 feet, thence west parallel to the north line of said Section Thirty-five (35) a distance of 723.9 feet to the east right-of-way line of Interstate Highway 1-35 West, 4. Thence northerly along said east right-of-way line to the north line of said Section Thirty-five (35), 5. Thence east along the north line of said Section Thirty-five (35) to the northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of said Section Thirty-five (35), 6. Beginning at a point that is 1165 feet west of the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of said Section Eleven (11), said point being the center line of Dry Creek, 2. Thence west 925 feet along the center line of State Street, 3. Thence north 820 feet to the south right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad, 4. Thence northeasterly along said south right-of-way line to its intersection with the South right-of-way line of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, 5. Thence in a southeasterly and easterly direction along said south right-of-way line to its intersection with the center line of Dry Creek, 6.
