AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A COMMUNITY UNIT PLAN OF DEVELOPMENT FOR A TRACT OF LAND
LOCATED IN BONNIE RIDGE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Community Unit Plan for development of the following
described real estate, to -wit:
A Replat of all of Blocks Three (3) and Four (4)
and Lots One (1) through Thirteen (13), Block
Six (6), Replat of Part of Bonnie Ridge Addition
to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas
as submitted by Verner C. Smith and Pearl E. Smith and as recommended for approval by the
Salina City Planning Commission be and the same is hereby approved for development in accorda�
with said plan as provided for in Section 20 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Salina,

Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
