ORDINANCE NUMBER 8163

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A CERTAIN ALLEY IN PACIFIC ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the East and West alley located first north of Grand Avenue
between Twelfth Street and Broadway Boulevard, adjacent to Lot 20, the East 17 feet of
Lot 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, Block 9, Pacific Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the City hereby reserves rights -of -ways and easements therein
for public service facilities originally held in said alley.
Section 3. That the alley vacated hereby shall revert to the adjacent property
owners in accordance with K. S. A. 13-443.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
