AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of street right-of-way by reducing the radius
of the cul-de-sac from 70 feet to 48 feet at the intersection of Yale Avenue and Maple
Avenue adjacent to Lots 26, 27, and 28, Block 1, and Lot 4, Block 7, Worsley Addition to
the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of street right-of-way in the City of Salina, Saline
County, Kansas, described as follows:
The vacation of street right-of-way by reducing
the radius of the cul-de-sac from 70 feet to 48 feet
at the intersection of Yale Avenue and Maple Avenue
adjacent to Lots 26, 27, and 28, Block 1, and Lot 4,
Block 7, Worsley Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas.
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the above described street right-of-way, which is vacated by this
ordinance, shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with K. S. A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
