ORDINANCE NUMBER 8155

AN ORDINANCE annexing certain land to the City of Salina, Kansas, in conformity
with the provisions of K. S. A. 1967 Supplement 12-520.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described land, to -wit:
Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 15,
Wallerius Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas.
meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K. S. A. 1967
Supplement 12-520 is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of Salina.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
