AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, IN
CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K. S. A. 1970 SUPPLEMENT 12-520.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described land, to -wit:
A tract of land lying in the Southwest Quarter (SW/4)
of Section Nineteen (19), Township Fourteen (14) South,
Range Two (2) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian,
Saline County, Kansas, being more particularly described
as follows:
I. Starting at the Southwest corner of said Section 19;
2. Thence N 0°00'00" E a distance of 994.39 feet along
the west line of said Section 19;
3. Thence N 90°00'00" E a distance of 50.00 feet;
4. Thence N 89°02'30" E a distance of 200 feet to
the point of beginning;
