ORDINANCE NUMBER 8222

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LIMITS OF DISTRICTS IN WHICH BULK STORAGE
OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GASES IS TO BE RESTRICTED.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That The Salina Code is hereby amended by adding a
section to be numbered Section 12-78, which said section shall read as follows:
"Section 12-78.
The limits referred to in Section 21.6a of the Fire
Prevention Code, in which bulk storage of liquefied petroleum
gas is restricted, are hereby established as follows:
Fire Zones 1 and 2, as defined in Section 9-2 of
The Salina Code."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
